Testing laboratory for
materials and work pieces
In our on-site test laboratory, we perform destructive or non-destructive testing and analyses of materials and work pieces:
- Spectrometer metal analysis (optical emission spectrometry for determining the chemical composition of Fe-base (14th analysis including carbon traces and nitrogen) for all steel grades and for materials on Al-and Cu-base)
- Mechanical-technological hardness testing (testing of metallic materials, Vickers hardness test(HV according to DIN EN ISO 6507, ASTM E 92), Knoop (HK according to ISO 4545, ISO 4546), Brinell (HB according to DIN EN ISO 6506, ASTM E 10), Rockwell (HR according to DIN EN ISO 6508, ASTM E 18)) as well as Vickers depth measurement method (HVT according to VDI/VDE 2616-1) and Brinell depth measurement method (HBT according to VDI/VDE 2616-1), loads ≤ 250 kg, working area Ø 250 x 300 mm
- Surface roughness measurement (Ra, Rz, Rmax, RPc according to DIN / ISO / SEP, Ra and Rz according to JIS)
- Tactile length checking systems (measurement with high-precision analogue and digital precision measuring instruments)
- Tactile coordinate measuring technique (laboratory portal device 500 x 600 x 400 with length deviation ≥ 1.3 + l/450 µm and probing deviation ≥ 1.3 µm; measurement of solid objects including an examination of form and position tolerances)
