With our very special portfolio, we address manufacturers in the consumer goods industry, drive & conveyor systems, military technology, automotive manufacture, shipbuilding and in aviation & aerospace technology.

We maintain a large laboratory equipped with stationary as well as some mobile equipment for the 3D digitising:

• Tactile measurement (coordinate measuring machine, precision measuring equipment)
• 3D digitising (free-form contours and polychrome textures)
• Computer tomography and digital volume tomography (capture and digitisation of hidden elements, structures and geometries)

With more than 15 years of professional experience, today our engineers and technicians are already pioneers in the 3D free-form design. The digitally recorded 3D data are processed further in our design office with very highly specialised software and then made available to you as required:

• Reverse engineering (non-, partial- or parametric surface reconstruction)
• 3D free-form design (Hybrid modelling, 3D reconstruction)
• Quality control (target-actual comparison against CAD data)
• Provision of 3D and manufacturing data in neutral format or on request in a native target system format
• Documentation of test results (drawing, certificate, report and/or expert assessment)

In our factory we make initial samples, prototypes and even generative production in small batches:

• Rapid prototyping (generative production of initial samples in plastic, metal or composite material)
• Rapid manufacturing (generative production of plastic products in small batches)
• Rapid tooling (generative production of moulds and tools made of plastic, light metal or steel)
