Moulded parts and coatings from elastomers and thermosets:

  • Moulded parts (natural colour or dyed polyurethane and Vulkollan® 45 – 95 SH-A weighing 2 – 20000 g; small parts / applications from 100 mg and from 0.2 mm layer thickness)
  • Applications (on plastic or metal base body; natural colour or dyed polyurethane and Vulkollan® 55 (45 ) – 95 SH-A on base body made of plastic, brass, aluminium, steel, stainless steel)

Moulded parts and coatings from natural rubber and synthetic rubber:

  • Rotationally symmetric parts (Ø 10 – 430 mm and 10 – 2.400 mm long)
  • Other moulded parts (10 g – 5 kg)
  • Special products (up to 20 - 25 kg, on request with specific surfaces, such as cylindrical, conical, spherical, fluted, grooved and/or fluted thread)
  • Processing of natural rubber NK / NR 30-90 SH-A, nitrile rubber NBR 30-95 SH-A, hydrogenated nitrile rubber HNBR 45-98 SH-A, fluorine rubber FKM 50-90 SH-A, polyacrylate rubber AEM / ACM 40-90 SH-A, epichlorohydrin rubber CO / ECO 40-90 SH-A, chlorosulfonated polyethylene CSM 45-90 SH-A, polyurethane rubber EU 55-90 SH-A, silicone rubber Q 30 - 85 SH-A, silicone rubber VMQ 20-90 SH-A, fluorosilicone rubber FVMQ 30-80 SH-A, styrene-butadiene rubber SBR 35-95 SH-A, butyl rubber IIR 30-80 SH-A , ethylene-propylene-diene rubber EPDM 30-90 SH-A or chloroprene rubber CR 25-90 SH-A)

Finishing:

  • Heat treatment (Tenifer treatment, tempering, hardening and case hardening in salt bath as well as annealing, hardening, case hardening, nitriding and nitrocarburising in gas, atmospheric annealing, inductive hardening, vacuum hardening)
  • Surface finishing (painting, powder coating, phosphating, burnishing, hard coating, chromating, eloxadising, chemical nickel-plating, anodising)
  • Finishing of aluminium parts (blasting with steel balls, corundum or glass beads, grinding, brushing, polishing, microlising, chemical polishing, high gloss electro-polishing, dyeing, staining, phosphating, transparent or coloured chromating, eloxadising / anodising and optionally subsequent sealing as well as waterproofing and de-eloxadising, coloured hard eloxadising / hard anodising / hard coating) and optional subsequent coating with Teflon, chemical nickel-plating and de-nickeling)
  • Finishing of steel parts (blasting with steel balls, corundum or glass beads, face / surface hardening by carburising, tempering / tension-free annealing, hardening, induction, conduction, flame or case-hardening / carbonitriding / nitrocarburising, nitriding, vacuum laser hardening, passivating, phosphating, burnishing, industrial painting, powder coating in RAL, plumbing and special paints, plating, chemical nickel-plating and de-nickeling)
  • Finishing of tool steel and high speed steel parts (blasting with steel balls, corundum or glass beads, vacuum hardening, TiN titanium nitride coating, TiC titanium carbide coating, TiCN titanium carbonitride coating, TiAlN titanium aluminium nitride coating, ZrN zirconium nitride coating, CrN chromium nitride coating, PTFE coating, DLC diamond-like carbon coating,)
  • Finishing of stainless steel components (blasting with steel balls, corundum or glass beads, Kolsterising / surface hardening, passivating, pickling, chemical nickel-plating and de-nickeling)
  • Finishing of brass (blasting with stainless steel balls, corundum or glass beads, chemical nickel-plating and de-nickeling)
  • Refining of titanium (pickling)
