3D digitising technology
With our mobile lab equipment we are a flexible, on the spot service provider for non-contact and tactile measurement as well as digitising:
- Non-contact 3D surface and volume measuring equipment (7-axis measuring arm with single-point accuracy ± 0.046 – 0.043 mm in 4.8-m-space and laser scanner accuracy 50 µm, repeatability ± 50 µm, measuring frequency 30 strips with 640 points per second each, mobile equipment for the measurement of mould elements, columns / column compactness, trim edges, etc., of solid bodies and objects)
- Non-contact 3D surface, volume and colour measurement technology (screen size 55-360 mm with 700 mm working distance, resolution limit of 1-12 µm, accuracy ± 9 – 60 µm, depth resolution ≥ 2 µm, digitisation 1384 x 1036 pixels; mobile equipment for simultaneous capture of contours and textures)
- Computer tomography (exhibits up to Ø 150/125 x 150 mm, mass ≤ 4 kg, travel up to 700 x 270 x 270 mm, focal point size≥ 5 µm, resolution up to 1536 x 1920 pixels, pixel size≥ 127 x 127 µm, non-destructive detection of invisible internal elements, structures and geometries of bodies made of plastic, light metal, plaster, wood, resin, glass, ceramic and steel)
- Test rig engineering for stationary and mobile laboratory equipment
- Digitising and data conversion (3D surfaces, body interior/exterior, colour)
- 3D target-actual comparison of surfaces and bodies against the CAD model
- Documentation and reporting (data in neutral format or on request in native format for any target system)
- Damage analysis
- Expert assessments
